Positive feedback (for a change!)

Hey,
So my migration to PN occurred today with just a few hours of downtime.
I just want to thank the PN staff who I either chatted to on live chat or tweeted for helping me on this journey.
I upgraded to the pro service and added a static IP and was impressed that this was instigated immediately!
It is not often that big corporations get positive feedback, but I just wanted to thank everyone involved in my journey.

Hey Matty,
It's all good and I am dead chuffed with your help over the past few weeks.
Speeds are the same as BT but I now have a Static IP and have added the Pro service to see if there is any difference to my service.
