I just completed a Chat and the agent sorted the problem (reduce smart cap) but was unable to email confirmation
OK so I needed to save the Chat transcript but there was a problem
Using Firefox 54.0.1 and with the chat in a popup window the option to save the chat didn't appear
So either there is a problem or I missed something when ending chat

Oldjim I've had issue before; I recall that e mail transcript option is on original, not pop up window.

That may well be the reason as, after using the popout I went to other websites and closed the Plusnet window while waiting for an agent
