Thanks for posting, I always try to be level headed and reasonable it is difficult though sometimes but there is no point in being irate about things, nobody at Plus Net has sat there and done this on purpose so being rude and verbally attacking the very people here who are trying to help and put right what has happened seems futile, I have found that being courteous and reasonable always seems to encourage people to help you more than being abusive and dramatic about things. It has been a pain and quietly I am seething about the whole situation but Thursday is almost here so fingers crossed thing will progress properly and on time and come Thursday this nightmare will be over.
Saying that I might be a little more hot under the collar should anything go wrong or be delayed with the re-provision on Thursday.................

Quick update, things seem to be moving in the right direction phone back on this morning broadband still useless but the actual day for re-connection is not till tomorrow so I remain hopeful Smiley

I have had a look at your orders today and I can see both the phone and broadband orders have completed. I have also arranged for a refund for the downtime of the service for you  Smiley

Sorry about that Pembs, looks like it was on the wrong BTWholesale speed profile.
I've placed an order to modify this and it should be back to normal by tomorrow (Hopefully end of today)

Just wanted to update this thread and bring it to a close, everything is now back to normal and my gesture of goodwill has been received, thank you. Thank you also to all cs people that had a hand in solving this problem, much appreciated  Wink
I now need to get my upload speed uncapped again but will start a new thread regarding this.
