I was chatting this morning with the BTOR engineer who was fixing a line fault at my next door neighbour's house. They're with Talk Talk 7 he remarked that they had quite a few problems with Talk Talk not keeping their customers up to date re appointments. He asked me which company I was using & when I replied Plusnet he remarked on just how many customers praised them.
I totally agree.
