Spoke to a really nice chap ( shame i can not put his name here) in customer options this morning , he was very friendly, courteous , and knowledgeable on the products, i was offered a great deal ( especially as i am in a Market 1 area) on another 24 month contact, within 10 minutes all sorted. Very Happy Customer
