I have been informed that the prices are increasing by £1 from July. That's over 10% . No longer competitive, cheaper deals around. Getting greedy, no increase in service or speed. Disappointing

Not forgetting we did e-mail you just over 12 months ago to advise that we'll freeze your price for a year and we did stick to that promise.
Looking at ticket 43587881 on your account manual intervention may have confused things. We'll reply to that ticket again ASAP with more details to clarify where you stand with the subscription price..

That's fine,but why the increase in price, I bet you will be increasing line rental next !

We increased the base price of Value for new customers over a year ago from £5.99/£11.99 to £6.49/£12.99 due to the economics of the product, at that point we emailed everyone on the lower prices advising them of this change and that we would freeze their price for a year. That year is now up and so we emailed you again to advise of this.

Chillax man. It isn't expensive. I've just moved from Easynet - their business (LLU) ADSL was running at £94 a month Ex-VAT.  Their customer service was good though 😉

At that price you should have had your own individual support agent
