We've made the setup fees as small as we possibly can, but we do have to be able to cover outlay

Re: Product Refresh Discussion

You can get it BUT
If your exchange isn't ADSL2+ enabled you will only get up to 8Mbps

@mrmarkus1981,
I've scheduled the change for your next invoice date (this Sunday). If there's a problem with that shout up, but otherwise, enjoy. Smiley

In my case my exchange is ADSL2+ enabled and I connect over ADSL2+ and can (just) get a sync rate of about 7Mbps Cry

I now have 4 tickets stating a failed product change. I would take your word for it but the times stated are after your posted here  Embarrassed

Re: Product Refresh Discussion

Yup, ignore them all.
It's a bug we're working on now, but the product change *will* happen as scheduled.

Those are failures of the us attempting to place a BT change, which was unnecessary (and a bug.. oops).  So, that bit failed, but won't stop your Plusnet account change when it's scheduled.

Re: Product Refresh Discussion

I would like to move to the new pro account from Broadband Plus but I would also like to keep my free domain and ideally also my web space.
If I do the upgrade via the portal will I lose these?
If someone from Plusnet could action my account move to Pro so that I don't lose my free domain and web space it would be much appreciated.

Hi Macazon,
Yes, you'll keep all the extras from Plus if you move to the new Pro service. Just request an upgrade via the Member's centre.

Re: Product Refresh Discussion

just so im clear.... i dont have to drop Premium at any point right? 80GB is good for me.... i nearly used 60GB last month, and would rather have that "cushion" to fall back on
acttually... more importantly, im moving in a couple of months, am i going to be forced to go onto extra when i move?
