Re: Product Refresh Discussion

@coastergrotto, I'll see what I can do, as with Be3G, won't be until at least late next week though.

First I've heard of that! Though I had guessed by now that it wouldn't be happening this week. Only two weeks now 'til my next billing date so if there's much more of a delay there probably won't be any point in trying to do it mid-cycle. Out of interest (and slightly off-topic I know), why is it so difficult to do this anyway? I remember a few years back that an upgrade would by default happen immediately rather than on one's next billing date. Undecided

Re: Product Refresh Discussion

It's due to the way that billing works these days. A little complicated for a Friday afternoon, but I'll look at getting a library article written about how it works next week.

Any further news on this or will I have to wait until the new billing period starts on May 21st?

Re: Product Refresh Discussion

coastergrotto,
I've just checked your account and can see that this change is scheduled in for 21/5/10. So you would need to wait until the next billing month as the request for the account change was made after the 21st of April.

Re: Product Refresh Discussion

I went through the upgrade process on 18th April (2 days after my monthly billing date of 16th ) and it said at the time it would take place on 16th May which is fine, but I have never had any other notification to say it will take place or can I see anywhere on my account that is scheduled to take place - and I have looked all over!!!
Please can somebody check and confirm it will take on my next billing date.
Thanks.

Re: Product Refresh Discussion

Hi lyndonp,
I can confirm there's an account change queued:
Scheduled Account Change: Extra (on 16/05/10 00:00)
Hope that reassures you.

Re: Product Refresh Discussion

Thanks Mand.    I'm away on holiday for 16 days from May 10th so won't be around when the changeover takes place anyway.
