First I've heard of that! Though I had guessed by now that it wouldn't be happening this week. Only two weeks now 'til my next billing date so if there's much more of a delay there probably won't be any point in trying to do it mid-cycle. Out of interest (and slightly off-topic I know), why is it so difficult to do this anyway? I remember a few years back that an upgrade would by default happen immediately rather than on one's next billing date.

I've just checked your account and can see that this change is scheduled in for 21/5/10. So you would need to wait until the next billing month as the request for the account change was made after the 21st of April.
