Hi there, from the look of it the tickets are within the complaints team's SLA and should be picked up for you soon. In the mean time I'll ask our provisioning team to chase up the order for you and see what's happening, really sorry about this.

Unfortunately due to the time taken to sort anything out i've decided to leave.
Would the mac key i sent PN on the 24th of July still be viable for another supplier or would i need a new one?

In all honesty you might be alright - it looks like we tried to order for you twice but something happened behind the scenes on our suppliers' systems and rejected the order. As such the MAC might not yet register as having been used.
I can't say that with absolute certainty, but it would be worth a go - sorry if it doesn't work though.
