Can someone at Plusnet please advise as to why there has not been a reply to my support note for over one month. Question #75090560.

Really sorry you've not had a response in so long. Unfortunately the Support Ticket was put into a Ticket Pool that is not monitored. I've passed your ticket over to the Faults Team for further investigation to the problem for you. We'd expect a further response within 48-72 hours.

In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
