I posted a question on line 5 days ago, I have not had a reply. What has happened to PN customer service, is everybody not happy with PN anymore.? Have the price increases frightened existing customers ?

Last time I posted a Q there was a 48+ Hour wait, given that they don't answer them over the weekend you may still be in the queue.
Poor but that is what the current state is.
