Lost voice connection on afternoon of Friday 27th FTTC internet fine. Very helpful discussion with agent who did line check and found fault external to premises and promised to escalate it to BTOR. I expressed the view that it was almost certainly a broken connection in cabinet. I was not optimistic of a quick fix. However, phone rang Sunday morning - BTOR engineer who had fixed break in cabinet. Happy customer.
