does [CSA Removed] exist?...if so here goes
....please check out this appalling example of PlusNet’s service, or lack of it
The mess-up relating to my fibre upgrade leaves me with little confidence in your company and a dread of what might happen later this week to my internet connection. I spoke to Tom in your technical department earlier today querying delays.....he admitted that his colleague in sales had neglected to order the router I require (I upgraded on 22 September)..........
- I was told on 22 September to expect a new router in a few days
- Fibre would kick-in after circa 10 days
- No router arrived
- 4th October I phone ...waiting 20 mins for an answer, to be told that you had neglected to order the router
- Technical Tom informs me that fibre will start on Thursday 6th October! This Tom incidentally has been most helpful
- If no router by then I will have no internet
- I ask him to delay...this has I HOPE been done.......
If I hadn’t phoned earlier today I would be in big trouble on Thursday....please assure me that this will not be the case
..also I think that some form of compensation is in order
