So again Plusnet have moved me onto another product without my knowledge, after this debacle I was put back on the 76Mbps which I should have been on from the start. Now it appears they have moved me onto a 33Mbps product, again the salesperson appear to able to tell the customer anything they want to hear & then do something completely different.
