I just sent someone a referral email. Quite apart from the fact that the text makes no mention of how to enter a referral during signup and does not give them my user name so that they can do it manually (fortunately I put it in the optional text myself), it also contains the text "Just ask your current provider for a MAC key and place an order with us online." This is obviously well out of date and I suggest you change it to avoid confusion.
Edit: I've just noticed the link in the email does contain "intReferrerID=nnnnnnnn" on the end of it but I'd want convincing that this actually worked as it just takes you to www.plus.net.
