Edit: Is there somewhere in London I can go and pick up the router myself? I'd much prefer that to receiving it by post.

As per our discussion over the phone 2 days ago we agreed that you would let me know if the router had not been received. I did not hear anything from you which led me to believe there was no issue.
The only way you would be able to pick up one of our routers in London is if a delivery had been attempted and a card was left for you.
Plan B is simple I'll send a router from here via special delivery.

You didn't HEAR from me? I wasn't serious about shouting so loud that you'd hear it. You call me from a hidden number so I contacted you by the only means available to me: in the forums and through the help center and that only 45minutes after you phoned me. Please, please send it out as soon as possible.
