Why the heck do I keep disonnecting?
The first 10 days I was aware it might happen.
After 5 weeks I still disconnect for 30-45 mins at a time, many times until I force a reboot of the modem only to run into the same problem again.
I play a lot of online games (FF14) at later times (work nights) the service is not always on, more luck of the draw!
Why plusnet am I still D/C?

Right, so it's a wireless issue rather than a fault with the service? That'd suggest something's up with the router rather than anything else. Best thing to do in the first instance would be to try using some kind of wifi scanner, you can usually get these free from the apple app store (if you have an iphone) or the play store (for android) - see if there's many other networks in the area and what channels they're on, and move your own network to the least congested channel. If that doesn't help please let us know.

You should confirm that it is just a wireless issue by having at least one device connected wired and checking if it loses connectivity at the same time.
