I'm not sure where the link you got was from. The one I've provided is what you reach if you click on either of the two service status links on the help and support page.

It's what you get by clicking on "Network Capacity (ADSL2+/21CN)" under "All live updates".

Today's issues are under Broadband. The Network Capacity status pages are empty because there haven't been any posts in those categories for some time.

Perhaps, but also under Portal which would mean two posts. Using Broadband embraces both which is its umbrella category on the status grid.
