Since cancellation of DD my BB speed has been tampered with

no, as usual people are TRYING TO HELP and you are refusing to allow it.
You've been told the reasons for you seeing 2.5mbit speeds, you've been told what to do about it, and ive even offered you an explanation as to WHY
The fact YOU are unwilling to do anything about it, is not PlusNets issue.
3000 is more than "usable", however im guessing your profile before was 3500.
Threats of 'watchdog' will very likely get you no where.. You've been offered help and to date, have yet to accept any.

You mean thats the first time you NOTICED the issue. Plusnets restrictions due to payment do nothing other than block protocols and restrict to plusnets own website only (IIRC from the last time i forgot to move money to pay for service)
When these are removed, your service goes back to 'normal' operation. Your profile matches BTs. what do you want PlusNet to do? as ive said before The issue is out of plusnets hands

Why oh why people still waste their time trying to help this person is beyond me for him to throw the dummy out and act like a child once every 2 weeks. He doesn't listen to a word anyone says as proven again in this thread or chooses to ignore them. I'd like to see the situation play out and a lesson be learned by Giro finally.
On a side note how did the Ombudsman reply around 2 weeks ago Giro when you were definately going to speak to them and get Plusnet sorted out then too? Oh....you didn't and it was just hot air as usual....thought so.
