Re: So far so bad...

FYI,
The agent you spoke with this afternoon has just been over for a chat. The banding hasn't been removed yet, I would expect this within the next hour or so. However this may only take temporary effect as your connection is still intermittent at the moment.
To cut a long story short we've passed the fault report back to BTW to advise of this and we'll get back to you when we have the next response.

Re: So far so bad...

interesting, despite those errors my IP Profile has raised to 5000..  Cheesy
Download speedachieved during the test was - 3613 Kbps
For your connection, the acceptable range of speedsis 2000-7150 Kbps.
IP Profile for your line is - 5000 Kbps

really scared now.. expecting a profile downgrade thisevening with all these errors...
Download speedachieved during the test was - 4739 Kbps
For your connection, the acceptable range of speedsis 2000-7150 Kbps.
IP Profile for your line is - 5000 Kbps
The throughput of Best Efforts (BE) classes achieved during the test is - 16.72:20.04:63.24 (SBE:NBE:PBE)
These figures represent the ratio while sententiously passing Sub BE, Normal BE and Priority BE marked traffic.
The results of this test will vary depending on the way your ISP has decided to use these traffic classes.
