So impressed with Plusnet

Oh how I love Plusnet!  Been a customer for about 18 months now and never needed customer service before.  Yesterday my router packed up, I called just now (Sheffield) expecting to have to go through loads of boring diagnosis stuff but no, the guy (thanks so much) listened to what I said and my new router is on its way.  How fast is that?  I thought I'd be on the phone for hours.  I used to be with AOL . . . . nuff said. Thank you Plusnet.  I always recommend you when I get the chance and will continue to do so.
