Sorry for making you wait but our customer service isn't great

1.5 hours wait yesterday night and no answer.

1 hour estimate this morning, still on hold.

Poor customer service Sad

Wouldn't be SOOO bad if there was more than 2 ... well it's not music... clips of noise on the hold music, neither of which are normalised Sad 2 20 second clips of noise then recorded message, then loop ad infinitum Sad

Maybe a direct number for an open issue?

 

Over the past month I have spent 8+ hours on the phone to plus.net support, and I bet half of that was listening to hold music Sad
