Why is it that I have been reporting many mails as "spam" to Plusnet but these mails are still coming to me after many months?

Mmmm and why is it that one of my own e-mail addresses (with totalserve.co.uk) now has a blacklisted origin according to Spamhaus?

Have you fully checked out your system with upto date virus checker and spyware checkers etc. to make sure you haven't a bot there somewhere.

My system is fully scanned and checked by a comprehensive barrage of up to date security software
Strange, have just run another test, and no mention of Spamhaus in headers, Ironport now appeared, so wonder if it was a glitch
