Just wanted to say that my overall experience of Plusnet has been good.
I moved from Tiscali over 12 months back when their service & bills went badly wrong.
I'm also astounded at a customer saying that they exceeded their 10GB usuage just by surfing the web. My internet connection is on from around 9am sometimes a few hours sooner until 11pm or later 7 days a week & I average around 8GB a month including using sites such as iplayer and youtube.

BTW I also think that some people automatically "switch off" when they hear a foreign accent. I've spoken at least once to the S. African call centre with no problems communicating.
