Strangled internet speed

Is it normal to Strangled the internet speed so they can hardly use your services , just because there leaving to go to another ISP ??????
when i as with you the line speed was that bad it was not fit for purpose / that's why i left!!!!!!

Hi Ki,
Not at all, we would want to try and do all we can to retain the custom of someone leaving, slowing their connection down would not help that sittuation.
I know you left due to issues with your service but help was on offer, I can understand from your point of view that it may have been easier to move to another ISP rather than allow us to resolve that issue.
