Hi
Not a complaint but a thanks for a speedy response to a ticket sent earlier today to CSC.
The ticket was received at 16.35pm today regarding a billing query. At 16.45pm i had an answer back with a satisfactory result to my question.
Is this a record or did i just hit it at the right time?, Bank Holiday today as well.

Thank you for the positive with regards to our Ticket Response times. We have been working very hard to ensure that we reach our target response time of 8 hours. It would appear that today we have been able to respond to your question with very speedy fingers indeed!

I must admit it was not a very complicated request, a change of Market Status on a BT exchange. Still impressed by the time it took to reply to it with a clear and satisfactory response.
By the way the HE was a SHE.
