Support requires lessons on how to read packetloss on TBB graphs

Big red spike = Dropped PPP session and or sync with exchange as well.  They should know, check radius logs.
1-5% constant loss is bad and not acceptable, affects streams, badly affects online gaming.
No red on the graph = good

Hi Gus,
Do you have an example of where a member of our Support Team have got this wrong? If you do, I'd be happy to get that fed back for you.
Really sorry if this has caused you any problems.

Thanks for that, Gus.
I've submitted feedback for that and we'll deal with that internally.

Hmm.. I'll have to keep an eye on when they get back to me on the graphs I've submitted to them as well.  Thanks for bringing this up Gus.
