Support requires lessons on how to read packetloss on TBB graphs

Big red spike = Dropped PPP session and or sync with exchange as well.  They should know, check radius logs.
1-5% constant loss is bad and not acceptable, affects streams, badly affects online gaming.
No red on the graph = good

Hmm.. I'll have to keep an eye on when they get back to me on the graphs I've submitted to them as well.  Thanks for bringing this up Gus.
