Survey Keels Over (the Basis one)
it's a big ish survey - i've spent "a few minutes ticking boxes", probably got near the end (spending my 100 coins questions) and it keels over.
And it thinks I've completed the survey. So now I guess PN have my answers with no chance of being entered into the draw.
A bit disappointing really. Not sure where else to raise the point!

That's because you are putting the wrong answers in !
The answers need to be what they want to hear not what you think about the service !
