I was a bit concerned about my direct debit account switch with you going smoothly as some of the feedback on here was less than positive but I have to say it went through the swap very well and I have absolutely no complaints. It was all very easy so I thought this feedback may stop others worrying for nothing as I was.

how much notice was there before your billing date

There was just over 3 weeks which I guess helped.

indeed it did - the problem occurs when there is only a week or so for the change to happen
