It's not a new TV channel. There's going to be a TV programme called "OpenReach Engineers do the Funniest Things" in which customers send their home videos of OR engineers not turning up or damaging wiring or whatever. Every so often Harry Hill says "and guess what happened next" and then there's an interval of up to 72 hours before we find out.

They would both fail to turn up to the fight on time with the BT engineer claiming he couldn't find the address and the VM engineer claiming he'd been given the wrong parts .....
