Infuriated each time I see the PN advert on TV, where the presenter joyfully announces half price for broadband.
Naturally the small print states "in selected areas"
Come on PN why not give us loyal Mkt1 customers some better deals !

Brad
Yes,I am fully aware about Mkt1exchanges
ISP`s seem to fall over backwards in promoting Mkt2 and 3 exchanges but nothing is ever done to help out rural exchanges
Even OFCOM are not interested.

It's even more infuriating when, like me, your exchange is MKT 1 classified and there are two llu providers alongside BT!
I will certainly be reviewing the options in a months time when my twelve months are up. I am, however, happy with the service provided by PN.

Same here, I have been with PN possibly 4 or 5 years and I am brassed off paying a high premium for my ADSL service
My daughter lives 5 miles away on a Mkt3 exchange and only pays £5.99 a month and yet we are both on the same package
That may have been reduced even further by now with the offers PN advertise
I am certainly weighing up my options to look else where for a cheaper deal
