because you don't look in the right place - under the mattress at the back of the spare room
But seriously
If you click on Contact Us at the bottom of this page - after a couple of clicks you get there
From the main site it is a bit more tricky
Click on Help and Support then under Support Pages click on See all support pages
Under customer services there is "How to Contact Us"
However that doesn't answer your question
My best guess is that they are making it as difficult as possible to reduce the phone queues

That was exactly my feeling Jim. IIRC "Contact Us" used to display the number directly, now you have to do multiple clicks, jump through hoops to avoid being directed through on-line help, or get pushed in the direction of on-line chat
btw johann the number is 0800-432-0200 (0730-2200) as even the link in Jim's sig means several clicks

Yes, I had noticed this. Presumably an extremely unhelpful (for the customer) way for Plusnet to try to reduce phone call load?

So we should stop telling people how to find it, so we can all get through quickly as we know it.
Of course, if the use of it becomes quite low, first it will be portrayed as a success (now how else could I spell that?) of the new system, and then it will be removed completely.
