It seems to me that every time someone can't get what they want from PN, they stamp their feet and throw a tantrum asking for their Mac code and lo and behold they get what they asked for in the first place.
Now does this seem fair to everyone?

Hi there,
I appreciate it's not ideal and will certainly be feeding back on this, but it's no different to how nearly all other companies operate as per strat's post above. Plus it could be said that as it's a path that's open to all customers it's fair in that respect.
Bear in mind our COT team don't just agree to everything, in nearly every case a bargain is struck that makes sure all parties (us and the customer) are happy with the outcome.
