When I was about to get broadband back in early 2008, I spent quite a bit of time lurking on various ISP's forums to get an idea of things, what happens, what goes wrong, how they are handled etc,etc The rants, and total disasters which every site/ISP gets I ignored. In making the comparison of all aspects the postive aspect of the plusnet forums was a significant factor in taking up broadband from plusnet
But I shouldn't question the sanity of such a kind gesture. I expect PN staff have simply reached that state of inner tranquility and tolerance towards humankind which is otherwise found only in certain hidden valleys of Tibet. Gabe
