I got connected with Plusnet Broadband plus last night and within minutes I had the best gaming experience (PC, online) that I have had in as long as I can remember. Guild Wars 2 was unplayable due to terrible legacy with my previous supplier (Tesco net) and there was no delay at all. WOW was also solid. All staff have also been great. Its fantastic to talk to people who know what they are talking about.
Long may it continue, I am recommending you to anybody and everybody.

I was told to expect instability for ten days but if this is instability I will keep it, please don't change anything.
I hope to see a similar improvement with console gaming, which I'll try at the weekend, as this pretty much ground to a halt with tesco net as well.
