Patience, doggedness, forensic mind was what was needed and [CSA Removed] from support provided all. Faced with a rambling 66 year old who if fairly savvy but lost on this occasion, he calmly teased the information out of me to find and solve the problem: yep the black hole known as the BT I'D and its link to BT Sport app. Everything was going fine with Plusnet side until I encountered the BT site where I got lost in multiple false paths logins and password resets. I had no idea where I was but [CSA Removed] extracted me with extreme patience and got me set up. The laugh was that I was eager to see the Celtic game but got mixed up with the days but was able to enjoy the Pool game a day earlier.
