Just thought I'd say thanks for all the help bringing me back!
Aft er jumping ship, for what must be a record 6 days, I contacted Plusnet to bring me back.
Due to the issues with my newly migrated to supplier (talktalk) it was never going to be that easy, BUT with some extra work and dedication from Adam and Matt, my service has not only been reconnected for a month now, but it was connected early.
So, I have the full package, 60gb broadband, and unlimited calls and line rental.
All are working perfectly, and today I had my SNR lowered to 3 Down/ 6 Up and so far everything is running perfect.
I also had my first bill yesterday, which was correct.
Thank you PlusNet, very happy now.
