I wanted to say a massive thank you to Plusnet but <Redacted> in Customer Support in particular. He was so patient and helpful on the phone and was honest in providing an easy solution that worked best for my situation. In addition, he took the time to follow up with me, even after he came back from leave, and resolved my situation by booking an engineer without me even needing to get in touch.
 
All working great so far, thank you so much!

You are so lucky to have had such a great outcome.

I have a ticket still open, it was released from hold 10 days ago and still no-one has picked it up. No  response to an engineers report and no attempt to contact me. I am just waiting out my time until the right to leave without penalty becomes active. Very sad given that I have been a Plusnet customer for over 15 years with no real problem until now.
