Thanks Plusnet, it pays to complain.

Thanks PN, especially Jameseh  Smiley for sorting out my account problem recently posted in Rants and Raves.  I always had confidence in you even though I did have some adverse thoughts early on.  Undecided  I have been given a full refund on my ACR and the correct billing has now been applied to my account.  Smiley  The original post is here:-

To add to that my Home phone account appears to be now correct, first time since  feb, via one reps muck up.
all feature now billed correctly, credit reinstalled, not sure yet about calls
