After being messed about by another phone/broadband company for a month, decided to join Plusnet; really pleased with the service and the helpful staff at the other end of the phone!! Was up & running with the broadband in a week! Excellent service and very pleased so far. Keep up the good work Plusnet and please thank all your advisors who are always courteous and very polite.
