Thanks a lot

Just to thank PN for the seamless switch from my previous ISP bringing Fibre/phone,  and the personal call to verify a question posted here.  I'm using my own equipment and my speed is great.  Cheesy
I'm not sure if the engineer will bother calling seeing as I was previously on VDSL, but hey who cares Smiley

If you now have a working service, it seems unlikely that the engineer will show now. Your order has now signed off as "Completed" in our suppliers systems so take what you will from that  Cool
