Thanks for Chat Specialist conversation

Just wanted to say thanks for the conversation I had with one of the chat specialists last night when signing up. His name was Dave and a big +1 to his honesty and putting up with my questions. He gave me the answers I needed and was able to discuss with me some of the impacts that affect peoples lines and some current ISP issues. I just wish other companies were the same lets hope as time goes on that Plusnet Keep there end of the bargain but am sure they will after reading many posts and seeing how they deal with peoples problems. I like the personal touches you guys have made, makes it feel more like you are actually talking to a real person that knows what there talking about instead of someone that skims posts and applies templates to the buzz words. Smiley

Thank you for taking the time to come on and share the positive experience you've had so far. We do try to give the personal touch, and you'll always get that approach from us. We're not perfect, and things don't always go as they should. But we will always be there to make sure we sort any issues out that you might have, and pride ourselves on our honesty and openness.
