Thanks for the SNRM

Many thanks to several members of Plusnet Support; tho it took a week, you've pushed my request to have my SNRM reduced for a second time in 6 weeks, and enabled my sync rate to rise, even to the extent where I may get a 25% rise in my I/P profile.
I believe that you may have had to work hard to persuade BT to make the change, and I'm very grateful indeed for your efforts to help me make progress.

in my opinion PN are the best at getting BTw  to over come there stuborn ways on some issues.
i belevive they use mand's enforcer on some problems
