Thanks very much plusnet / openreach

Had my fiber installed yesterday the engineer from openreach couldn't of been more helpful clean and tidy job, explained very well what he was doing and very polite,I have been with plusnet for a long time and recommend them to many people and businesses in IT at  the time (I could of made a small fortune in referrals but i just took a couple) I have disabilities now so good to have someone helpful anyway would you have a look at my profile only showing 7 mb Thanks very much very happy customer Grin

The profile has now been increased for you.
Hopefully you are in bed at this time on Saturday and having a lie in so those speeds should be up to what they should be by the time you get this!

Glad to see that you've got a lie in.
The system will have automatically reconnected you when it applies to speed change so you won't need to do this yourself Smiley
