Early this morning I lost internet connection and on phoning I heard a message saying that there was some planned maintenance in the Yorkshire area. I must have missed the service status update.
However this morning there was still no connection and phoned up again. The phone was answered within 10 seconds and the problem was resolved without problem. The gent I spoke to was efficient and helped me using terms that I could understand as I'm not very computer literate. So well done and thanks.
