Just to add my own comment to this thread, the nail has been hit on the head when we're talking about margins. Plus was more profitable to us than BBYW Option 2, and as such we had a bit more to play with in terms of what we could give back. The industry got more competitive, and when you do the maths on a Kbps designed basis (as per the costing article couple with this one), you will see the point.

Hiya,
Like Ian says, we can easily move you back to your old product.
There were usage limits though - 4GB on peak and 50GB off peak, just to make sure that you're aware.
