I'm sorry that we didn't get your billing off to a good start, I've just had a look into this and there are two problems:
1. You were started on Talk Anytime instead of Talk Evening and Weekends. This was a manual error and so we've scheduled a change to Talk Evenings and Weekends to take place on your next billing date. I've refunded the charge for this month.
2. When your account is waiting for the broadband to go active, your billing date is not set yet. We can't add discounts manually because the system can't allocate a date to them. As such, your account had to go active before we could add discounts. I've got 2 discounts scheduled for your next two billing dates and I've refunded your first month's subscription.
Your two refunds will come through as a single chunk of £14.99 to your card and will show on your statement in 1-3 working days.
I hope this sorts everything out and everything will be settled down in time for next month

yes steve      adam deserves some kind of accolade.
Anyone who can work for plusnet and also be a member of a metal band, is clearly in need of immediate psycho treatment :D:
so as a reward perhaps plusnet should send adam to disneyland for a weekend break
