Don't forget that PN default to capping upstream on ADSL2+ installations - you need to ask for it to be uncapped, which in my case gives the above figure.

The ADSL2+ figure is the default speed that Plusnet place people on when moving them to 21CN/ADSL2+, so for the majority it will be correct. It does not account for when the speed is uncapped, when it will no longer be a fixed figure but depend on line quality. As uncapping is a customer request it can't be shown as the default for the package.
