Ticket 89384931

Hi
Please can someone from the team on here have a look at above ticket, the payment failed once because of change of bank details,but the direct debit is now in place  So will go though.

Thanks for getting in touch with us, it looks like we're still awaiting an update from the bank to inform that the new direct debit is active as this is still showing as pending in our billing system. Once this is updates and shows live we should be able to resubmit the request for the payment again.

Thanks for looking into this. I have just phoned the bank and the Direct Debit is live. Please can the restrictions on my account be lifted.

Unfortunately we can't do this until we receive confirmation that the direct debit is active from the bank and we can then process the payment.
